Members
Cyclists become eligible for membership in the year in which the age of 30 is reached for both men and women.
To race with the club, the rider must hold a full or concession Auscycling licence.
4 week free trial licence for beginner riders or those who have not held a licence for 3 years. There is a free nonracing licence available for volunteers, this is also accessed on the membership portal of Auscycling. This will give volunteers insurance cover while helping out at the club.
The licence fee is currently $360-00 for open members and $175-00 for concession holders (over 65 years) which includes insurance, state and federal fees, and the club membership fee.
Most of the licence cost is for insurance. Membership fees are due annually from the date of joining. An Auscycling licence entitles the rider to race with affiliated clubs and in Open, State and National events.
Life
Members
A sub-committee makes recommendations on new Life Members once
a year, and generally these are presented at the Christmas break-up.
Factors include in consideration for life membership are:
- Length of membership
- Service as an official or office-bearer
- Contributions to the club in general.

Trial
Rides
New riders who have not held an AVCC licence for at least five years or completed an AVCC trial ride, are entitled to two trial races without joining a club.
